Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use EPromo services.

Services Provided

• Design and run promotional WhatsApp campaigns
• Use CRM features to manage client communication
• Send automated WhatsApp messages after client calls
• Schedule, track, and analyze campaign performance
• Manage Google My Business and social media pages

App Permissions

To deliver our CRM and automation features, the app requires:

• Phone state and call log access for post-call campaigns
• Notification and foreground service permissions
• Media access for uploading images and videos
• Contacts access for CRM syncing

Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds after a transaction is completed
• Payments processed via Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

WhatsApp Integration

• All message templates must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
• We are not liable for account restrictions due to policy violations by the user
• The user is responsible for the content of all messages sent through the platform

Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam, illegal, abusive, or misleading messages
• Scraping or reverse engineering the platform
• Violating third-party platform policies (WhatsApp, Google, Meta)
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.
