Personal Data We Collect

We collect name, mobile number, email address, business details (shop name, category, city), and contact list (for CRM syncing). If you enable the optional Post-Call Screen, the app uses Android's Call Screening role to detect the number and direction of a call so it can be matched to the right CRM contact — we do not read your device call log, and we do not collect or store call duration or call content. The matched number is used on your device to show the post-call screen; it is sent to our server only if you enable automatic WhatsApp follow-ups (to deliver that message). Your CRM data (leads, notes, follow-ups) is backed up to our server so it can be restored when you reinstall the app or switch devices.

Permissions & Purpose

The Post-Call Screen is off by default. The call-related permissions below are requested only if you turn it on in Settings, and you can revoke them at any time.

Data Sharing

We share data with: WhatsApp APIs (messaging), Razorpay (payments), Firebase (push notifications), and government authorities when legally required. We never sell your data to third parties.

Data Security

We use secure APIs, HTTPS encryption, and access controls. No system can guarantee 100% security. Please report any concerns to support@epromo.in immediately.

Data Retention

Data is retained as long as your account is active or as legally required. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential, functional cookies (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
