Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your E-Promo account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what we store, how to request deletion, what gets removed, and how long it takes — no login required to submit a request.

What Data We Hold

• Account details — name, mobile number, email, and business details (shop name, category, city)
• CRM data — your leads, contacts, notes, lead stages, and follow-up reminders
• Call logs used by the optional Post-Call Screen — these are stored locally on your device, not on our servers
• Message records — WhatsApp template/delivery history tied to your account
• Media you uploaded — banners and campaign creatives

How to Request Deletion

Submit a deletion request using either method:

• By email: Send a request from your registered email to support@epromo.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number for verification.
• By phone / WhatsApp: Message us at +91-8625 90 5985 from your registered number and ask us to delete your account and data.

Uninstalling the app also clears all CRM and call-log data stored locally on your device.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All CRM data — leads, contacts, notes, stages, and follow-ups
• Message and delivery history associated with your account
• Uploaded media and campaign creatives
• Locally stored CRM and call-log data on your device (removed when the account is deleted or the app is uninstalled)

What We May Retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where required by law (for example, invoices and payment records for tax and accounting purposes). Such records are kept only for the legally required period and are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
